Every organism has a habitat and a specific job to maintain within that habitat, called a niche. My habitat is big and yellow, with two floors, and attic, and a basement. I share my habitat with an older sister, a mom, a dad, two ferrets, and two cats. In my habitat, my niches include chores, taking care of the ferrets, and reading. I have a similar niche with my sister and my dad because we all only have a moderate amount of work to do. I have different niches with my mom and all of my animals because my mom does a lot of work while the animals do no work at all. In the future my niches will be to study to be a veterinarian, and taking care of my apartment with Sophia Massie and Opal Thompson. In conclusion, habitats and niches are important to any organism in any environment.
